The Pen is Ten (Months)

She hates: posing for pictures, being at all confined, the sound her elephant puppet makes.

She loves: all buttons (cell phone buttons, shirt buttons, credit card machine buttons), grocery store decorations and grocery stores in general, Daddy, Buddy, going on walks, and walking on her own two feet. Cause yeah, she can walk now.

***I forgot to mention that although Pen is 10 months old she's wearing size 3mos. pants and a 6mos. shirt. Awesome.

Pizza

I made this pizza.But it's really a giant cookie. With candy toppings. That's right, those are the bottoms of black gum drops that I sawed off and poked a hole through. I take my cake-making very seriously.

It was for Caleb's birthday. I love him.It's kinda common knowledge around the Packard family that I'm the best cake-maker around, but don't tell my dad. He might be jealous.

APRIL FOOLS!

But I bet I tricked a lot of you because we haven't posted in so long. Here's a quick update of the week you've missed.

1. Penny took her first plane ride and was a star flyer--without being doped up on Benadryl. No crying, whining, fussing. Just talking, giggling, and sleeping. It was awesome.

2. She's taken to showing her displeasure with things by making nasty faces at us. Here's a very mellow example, "No Penny, don't eat the paper."She'll squish up her nose and scrunch up her eyes until she gets what shes wants or loses interest.

3. Her two front top teeth are trying real hard to push through, but just not quite making it. So here's a pic of her two bottom front teeth, just to get you excited. 4. Also, I'm pregnant. April Fools, but it's not a real April Fools day if no one does the pregnant joke.
